Pat Priest plays Linda who is captured and tied up when she uncovers her husband's unethical medical experiments. While the mad doctor keeps the sheriff busy, his assistant holds her hand-gagged in the lab before managing to wrest her hands behind her and get her tied and gagged with bandages. With the sheriff gone, she's given a sedative injection and spends a night drugged but still bound and gagged.
