Lea Thompson plays Beverly Switzler, who is capturedd by a scientist possessed by Dark Overlord of the Universe to be used as a host for more of his kind. He leaves her tied up in the back of the semi-truck he has stolen, so he can stop and drain a nuclear reactor core for more power. Later, he has Beverly strapped to a rotary table under a huge mechanism.
Because when the world needs a hero, it needs a midget in an animatronic duck costume. I'd like to offer this film as damning evidence as to why George Lucas should have NEVER been allowed to make prequels to Star Wars. George is about 25% genius, 75% hack.
