Alicia Witt plays Natalie in this above average slasher movie. In this bit she is lured away and captured by a serial killer who has been bumping off her friends one by one, using urban legends as the motif. She gets waylaid and finds herself gagged with duct tape and tied spread-eagle on a bed inside an abandoned dormitory where other murders took place (according to urban legend).
*Inane dialogue: "Bite down real hard on that gag." Uh, it's a tape gag- doofus !! Good thing I'm a sucker for Tara Reid as well as pale redheads. This movie was above the curve compared to most Dead Teenager movies, but it had a few clunkers too.*
