Leave it to Woody Allen to take a melodramatic Japanese spy movie and over-dub it into a screwball comedy about world domination and egg salad recipes. The first bit is from the "legitimate" section of the movie before Woody's comedic touches, the last part is pure vintage Woody Allen silliness.
*Best line in the Movie: "Everyone shows up when we have girls to tie up." HA!!*
