Detectives Gina McKay and Holly Williams (played by Lise Cutter and Michael Michelle respectively) are kidnapped by drug dealers, who demand a recent confiscated shipment of uncut cocaine for ransom. They are tied up with rope, their mouths stuffed and then taped up with medical tape and left in a small dirty room under guard.
