Joyce Kingston (played by Helen Talbot) is once more kidnapped by Bellmont to exchange for Ferrell, one of his men who has been arrested. Operator 99 tracks the crooks to their hidden lair in an old theatre, and an epic fight ensues. Shots ring out !! A woman screams !!
