Played for laughs, in this brief scene Lizzie (played by cutie Hilary Duff) is attacked by her little brother and his friend in something called 'Operation Mummy'. She get's her foot stuck in some glue left on the floor and then her brother and his friend quickly wrap up her arms with plastic wrap.
