Taylor Momsen portrays Molly who gets caught following Simon Barsinister's henchman at the climax of this so-so live action take on the classic cartoon. He zip-ties her to the rails at the top of the capitol building with a bomb for company. Underdog zooms to her rescue as well as that of Polly, her pet pooch he loves.
