Yvonne Craig portrays Cecille Bergstrom, who gets into trouble with the evil spy organization THRUSH due to her brother, a victim of experimental brain surgery that turns human beings into nearly unstoppable zombie-like slaves. She's captured in the backroom of her shop by some thugs and we next see her seated bound and gagged with medical tape, while the doctors carry on their nefarious business.
