With the impending arrival of the new Indiana Jones movie, I thought it appropriate to review Indy's earlier adventures and the DIDs that shared them with him. First up, Karen Allen portrays the perennial Marion Ravenwood; the spunky, hard-hitting, hard-drinking former fling of Doctor Jones, who operated a sleazy bar in Nepal and out-drank her customers for money. In this film, she is captured by Nazis because she owns a medallion that is the key to locating the lost Ark of the Covenant. Doctor jones in disguise stumble across her bound and gagged in a tent at the Nazi camp. He starts to untie her but realizes the Nazis will comb the desert looking for them if she is missing. Later, she and Doctor Jones are both captives as the Nazis foolishly violate the interior of the sacred Ark.
