In this clip, Barbara Gordon (played by Yvonne Craig) is kidnapped by Penguin and his goons with the intent to force her to marry him and so gain immunity from prosecution. He keeps her gagged and tied up in a chair in an empty apartment across from her own for a time to elude discovery before she's taken back to his lair (little knowing of course that she's been replaced with a dummy.) After the epic battle with the Penguin and his thugs, Barbara emerges from her sack on cue and apparently clueless about what's happened, with only Alfred the wiser.
*This episode marks the first appearance of Batgirl. Best line in the show,"Here comes the bride- all bagged and tied." Speaking of which, I tacked on the bits of bag bondage from the episode for those fans as well.*
