Former Bond Babe Brit Ekland plays Russian agent Katrina Volana who captures Steve Austin and holds him prisoner on her yacht, until he finally turns the tables on her and leaves her tied to a chair and gagged with a big white handkerchief, so he can punch out a wall and make his escape. Later, she and Steve are chained spread-eagle in metal tables by an arms dealer intent on stealing a Polaris nuclear missile by means of a remote controlled cannister of nerve gas concealed aboard a newly launched submarine.
