Scooby and the gang investigate a number of disappearances at a rock festival occurring in the Australian outback under the shadow of Vampire Rock. One night, when the goth girl band The Hex Girls takes the stage, a group of phantom-like vampire creatures appear and attack, carrying off the girls.
