This action adventure serial hits the ground running with Dorothy Herbert portraying Alice Brent, the secretary for a prominent scientist who has perfected a remote control cell, which is much coveted by our title villain. As Doctor Satan confronts her boss in his study, we find Alice tied hand and foot in the barn. After freeing her ankles, she attempts to shoulder the door open. Failing this, she runs and leaps gainly onto the back of a waiting hose, and taking the reins in her teeth makes a valiant escape through a glass window, with her hands still tied behind her back.
