Amanda Detmer plays Lindsay Culver and Jamie-Lynn Sigler plays Amy Baker in this so-so action comedy about two college guys who hatch a half-baked plan to get the girls they love by setting up a phony kidnapping. Things quickly spiral down when during the kidnapping Amy puts up one hell of a fight before being stuffed kicking and screaming into the waiting truck (which then needs a push to get started). Further complications ensue when the hired kidnappers turn out to be ex-convicts who decide to make the job for real and hold the kids for an actual ransom. Lindsey goes in to distract the kidnappers so her friend can try and rescue them, but she gets kidnapped as well.
