Lori Loughlin plays Tara Mitchell in this comedy where her boyfriend awakens from a drunken stupor with no memory of the previous night, but doggedly tracks her down to a grimy apartment building where he discovers the girl handcuffed to a bed frame in her bra and panties. As he frantically tries to figure some way of getting her un-cuffed, a man named 'Fat Jack' comes calling on her. Hilarity ensues.
