In this classic cartoon set in the 1890's, Harold and Emily are on a picnic when the slimy villain Roger St. Clair, tries to woo Emily away to the big city with fine jewelry and clothing. Failing that, the rogue grabs her and carries her off, gagged to his waiting car. Harold looks for his stolen love and discovers her singing at a bar own by the villain . His attempt to recover her is thwarted as roger drops the backstage scenery on his head and carries the girl off once again and ties her to the railroad tracks. Can Harold save her in time ?
