Jarvis Titch AKA the Mad Hatter is back to his old tricks. Not long after being paroled from prison, he promptly sets about stealing the hats from, as well as kidnapping the 12 jurors who sent him to jail to begin with. In the first bit, The Hatter shows off where he's keeping the jurors he's nabbed so far- behind a secret panel in his lair bound and gagged. Later, Monique Leclaire plays hat fashion magnate Magda, who whilst helping a fussy customer has her hat yanked off her head by the Hatter, who then zaps her with his instant mesmerizer, knocking her senseless before his henchmen carry her to a waiting van.
