Francine runs into trouble after she tries to quit The Ladybugs, a secret cabal of local housewives who are cheating on their husbands. After she is given 24 hours to have an affair "or else" (and fails), Francine is chased down and captured by the other Ladybug members. She's then tied spreadeagle across a shopping cart corral, as the leader racks up several carts to ram her with. Fortunately her friend Linda comes to the rescue, albeit in a very unusual way.
