In this brief clip, Polly Purebred is the prisoner of Simon Bar Sinister, and chained to a pipe in his lair (all to act as bait to catch Underdog, of course.) Simon gags Polly over the mouth with a big white cloth just before the arrival of our hero who smashes through the roof and snaps her bonds in a twinkling. He even has to remove the gag for her.
