In this least remarkable of the beach movies, fiendish Dr. Goldfoot is swindling all the wealthy and powerful men with his seductive army of comely female androids, but Robot #11 (played by Susan Hart) has failed him by not securing the power of attorney from his latest rube, millionaire Todd Armstrong and so she must be punished with "The Chair"- a modified electric chair. But Igor talks the Doctor into taking mercy on her and she's released. Later, our heroes are given a tour of Dr. Goldfoot's dungeons and they lift the head of a girl in the stocks revealing her to be Annette Funicello.
