In this Howard Hughes classic western film, sultry bosomy Jane Russell plays Rio who becomes the target of Billy the Kid's vengeance when she fills his outlaw buddies canteens with sand instead of water. Two law men tracking Billy stop for water at a stream and hear a strange sound. Following some small tracks, they discover Rio hidden in a niche, gagged and strung up by her wrists with wet rawhide tied between two trees. They rescue the girl but considering Billy probably must love her, they put her back as live bait in case the outlaw should return, which of course he does.
