Here's a clip from Miley's web broadcast where she's basically answering fan questions and horsing around in front of the webcam. In this bit she takes a roll of thin blue paper tape, and motions as if she's going to wrap the whole thing around her head and mouth (I wish) but instead peels off two small pieces and puts them on her mouth for a few seconds before yanking it back off with a dramatic yelp of pain. It's that paint-safe tape that doesn't stick very well so.... She's still messing with it later in the clip.
