Stefanie Powers plays April Dancer in this spin-off from the classic Man From U.N.C.LE. spy series. In this episode, April infiltrates a Gypsy circus that's led by a man who's bilking rich young woman out of millions. After listening to recorded conversation of the crooks with her partner, April returns to camp but is chloroformed and dumped into the wagon where the troupe's bear is kept by a jealous gypsy woman. April awakens before the dread beastie can get to her, using her lighter to keep it at bay so she can call for help. Later, Audrey Dalton plays Mrs. Wainwright, whom April has just saved from losing even more of her money on phony fortune telling. The grateful woman decides to call room service for a celebratory bottle of bubbly, but the line is dead. both ladies are chloroformed by a gypsy climbing in through the window. The girls are left gagged and tied inside the bear's wagon, but April wakes up and gets them loose and her partner (in the guise of the clown) arrives on the scene to get them out.
