A very young Kim Richards plays Tia in this sequel to the original Disney movie about human-like extraterrestrial twins with special powers. In this clip, the baddies use her brother Tony (whom they have hypnotized and have under their control ) to lure Tia away from her friends to capture her. Following Tony's telepathic "voice" to a large mansion and into the basement, Tia finds her brother blindfolded and tied to a chair before being overpowered and chloroformed. Tia is left inside a sort of oxygen tent filled with anesthetic gas, to keep her neutralized, but somehow she's able to telepathically influence the baddies pet goat Alfred and have him bring the gang of street urchins she's befriended to her aid.
