Agent Honeydew and Monkey are enjoying a huge sundae at the local ice cream shop, only to have it interrupted by the eeevil Peltara and her Hillbilly minions who want to capture Monkey and make him into the villainess's new fur coat. Monkey give the crooks a thrashing, but surrenders when Peltara threatens to disintegrate Agent Honeydew. The heroes are locked up in high tech manacles, with Agent Honeydew gagged with duct tape when she simply won't shut up.
