Allene Roberts plays blind woman Lorna Murchison who is kidnapped from Union Station and held captive by two crooks. At their hideout, Lorna stumbles while making an desperate attempt to escape and so gets tied to a chair again with fabric. When the other kidnapper arrives, she panics and he tries to have his partner gag her, but Lorna is too stricken and so he takes things into his own brutal hands. Later, a suspicious beat cop spies the kidnappers' vehicle and approaches, finding the woman in the back seat with a mysterious bump under a blanket beside her. He orders her out, and pulls the blanket away revealing Lorna gagged and tied underneath. He grabs the woman as she tries to escape, and just at that moment the other kidnapper emerges and opens fire. the cop is hit but still tries to go for his gun and so he fires again hitting his partner as well as the cop. He leaves her on the sidewalk and speeds off with Lorna. At the drop off point, the kidnapper un-gags and unties Lorna giving her stern warning about what will happen if she acts up.
