All the girls in school go ga-ga over new boy Alan, but no one can get close to him thanks to his weirdly over-protective sister Alice. As it turns out, they are both Negaverse creatures who attack Sailor Mercury and Sailor Moon, trapping them in dark magical vortexes. Alan asks Alice to pick a Cardian and summons forth a Cardian Mophead creature to fight the Sailor Scouts. After a beating, the monster traps the girls by wrapping them in long hair-like strands. Sailor Jupiter tries to help out, but gets trapped as well. Sailor Moon and Mercury are wrapped together and left to bob in a fountain. But the timely arrival of Moonlight Knight, Sailor Venus and Sailor Mars tips the balance back in our girls' favor.
