In this extended clip from the classic TV program about displaced New York City cop working with Scotland Yard, Julia Watson plays Terry, whose chance encounter at the laundromat leads her to be taken captive by a serial killer who has been terrorizing London for weeks. She lays unconscious on the couch bound and cleave gagged as the radio recounts a recording left by the killer with the police. Awakening, she's horrified to find herself a prisoner, but she wants answers from him as well. Later in a van in the killer's hideout, she lays in the back with her hands bound with chains and he brings her some hot soup. Later, he kidnaps Detective Makepeace (played by Glynis Barber) and she's seen cleave-gagged with white cloth her hands bound with chains behind her back. At a hideaway in the woods, there's more talking and it's revealed he's out to kill his bitch of an ex-wife for being unfaithful to him. As our hero runs to save Makepeace, a shot rings out...
