Stacy Haiduk plays Lana Lang who along with a friend and powerless Superboy is trapped on an island with a malevolent alien dwarf. While the boys are off on a goose chase to catch the creature, Lana is captured and locked in a cage with her hands tied together outside the bars. The creature wants Lana as his replacement mate, since his former one was killed in the crash that marooned him on the island 200 years ago- but first he wants to prove himself in battle by killing her two companions. The guys are lured into his cavern hideaway, but beforehand Lana is gagged with a rag stuffed in her mouth so she can't warn them. They evade the creature's traps (not shown) and the dwarf attacks the pair.
