In this pilot episode of the classic western adventure program, the appearance of Apache smoke signals has everyone in town on edge and so our hero Buffalo Bill Jr. goes looking for his sister Calamity (played by Nancy Gilbert) and finds her tied to a tree with an Indian shooting arrows at her. Bill of course attacks the man, but Calamity easily pulls herself loose and stops the fight, explaining to her brother the man is a friend and he was showing her what might happen if the Apaches caught her.
