When Kaos starts funding its operations by selling off rare oil paintings and replacing them with convincing forgeries, Max and Agent 99 (played by Barbara Feldon) infiltrate the museum where the paintings are disappearing. Toward the end of the episode, the agents are captured by Kaos painter Bronzefinger and tied side by side inside a metal drum, about to bronzed to death with searing hot metal. As the timer winds down, Max and 99 scramble for his shoe phone to try and call for help, but then 99 remembers her razor ring and uses it to cut the ropes, freeing the pair. Bronzefinger attacks Max, and 99 gets knocked out as the boys duke it out, before the baddie winds up taking a bronze bath (ouch!!)
