In this extended clip from this surreal adventure/ horror film, Jennifer Lopez plays Catherine Deane, a young psychotherapist who uses cutting edge VR technology to enter into the minds of deeply disturbed patients to treat them. She's called upon to enter the mind of a serial killer with penchant for drowning his victims who has fallen into a deep coma after kidnapping his latest victim, so she can find out her location before it's too late. On her first trip inside his mind, she uncovers the mental gallery where his past victims are kept bound and bit-gagged in various fetishistic poses. She has also unwittingly unleashed his mental guardian in the form of a muscle woman, one of his other victims who creeps up behind her and the slams her backward into a wall knocking her senseless. Catherine is carried into his throne room and dumped on the floor, but his terrifying presence causes her to hit the "escape switch" implanted in her hand. Later, on a second mind voyage she finds herself sealed in a small glass box with a metal lid. She opens the lid and discovers that gravity doesn't work here, but she's suspended by her ankles with a long black cord.. She breaks loose and freefalls before her dream abilities assert themselves. She finds herself at the scene of his first killing, but is quickly overwhelmed and collared by him. With Catherine trapped in the killer's mind, another agent is sent in and he discovers her masked, dressed in a slinky black bodysuit and panties, collared and chained in a resplendent bedroom. he removes the mask and she seduces him, but its a trap set by the killer. As Catherine watches and smirks, the killer tortures the man until he forces her to remember the death of her baby brother, and Catherine comes to her senses.
