Beautiful Grace Park plays Kono Kalakaua in this modern update and reboot of the classic television cop show set in Hawaii. In this extended clip, Kono is assigned to protect the son of a computer expert who has been taken by Serbian gangsters, when she accidentally discovers a note in a kitchen drawer written in Serbian. A fight ensues between Kono and Nadia and it seems Kono is about to come out the winner, but Nadia's boss shows up with a gun to the boy's head and Kono is kidnapped along with him. Kono's boss calls and she tries to pass on some cryptic information over the cellphone, but Nadia is onto her scheme. At an largely abandoned airfield, Kono has her hands tied behind her back with duct tape and she's seated in a chair. With his son as leverage, the computer expert acquiesces to the thugs' demands and he uses a computer "skeleton key" to shutdown Honolulu's radar grid prior to the air arrival of some buyers for the device. Fortunately for the captives, the cavalry is on its way.
