In this extended clip, Roswitha Meyer plays Dr. Karin Thaler who is hand-gagged and kidnapped by a recently escaped mental patient and taken at knife-point to an abandoned hotel. There he tries to assault her, but she resists and so he handcuffs her to a pipe for the night. The following morning he brings her food and un-cuffs her and tries to assault her again. She fights him off and tries to escape, and so a lengthy chase ensues through the building. After a cat and mouse game in the kitchen he chases her to the top of the building and hand-gags and re-captures her. Karin is tied up in a bathtub, her mouth stuffed and duct taped as he demonstrates the acid inside a large container he's rigged up with an I.V. drip tube. But our intrepid helicopter crew is on the scene and she takes an opportune moment to rip off her gag and alert the team where is is. The baddie re-gags her and starts the acid drip. But the heroes aren't outdone yet. They hook up a member to a rescue winch and put him through the room's window and a fight ensues. Karin takes advantage of the distraction to get free and escape the acid. After a fight, the psycho is made to surrender when he's nearly forced headfirst into the same acid.
