As the NCIS team continues their conflict with the illusive Port To Port Killer, in the opening moments, Sarah Jane Morris plays Special Agent E.J. Barrett, who is kidnapped by the killer. Our hero goes in pursuit, and discovers a vehicle with the name "Sampson" crudely scraped into the paint. Drawn to it, he sees some plastic wrap hanging out of the vehicle's trunk, and jimmies the lock with his knife. Opening the trunk he finds her with her hands zip-tied behind her back and a plastic wrap tightly knotted around her head. Fearing the worst, he turns her over to discover she's still alive and gasping for air. Later, Cote de Pablo plays Ziva David who is led to a hotel room and knocked out by the killer. Much later, our heroes find her tucked away, bound and tape gagged inside an abandoned barn.
