Mia Fernandez plays Sadie in this extended clip from the miniseries focusing on an adventure largely involving The Great Detective's group of street urchins who serve as his informants. Sadie and another girl are scrounging for food in an alley, but are being watched by someone. The other girl suggests its time to bring what they've found back to the gang, but Sadie wants to keep looking for her brother Jack who's gone missing recently. Reluctantly they part ways- there's a scream- and Sadie has vanished. In a cart, Sadie wakes up and tries to stand only to be pinned down with a boot and chloroformed. Later, Sadie is half-carried half-dragged into a building she's cleave gagged. Her kidnapper takes her to an empty room and locks manacles on her wrists. Afterward, the kidnapper brings her some soup and after a stern warning, the gag is taken off and her abductor's face is revealed. Later, Sadie tries to burrow through the mortar holding the bricks of the cell wall, when someone on the other side is doing the same. It's her bother ! Following the reunion, Jack tells her how he was captured as well. Later, the kidnapper takes Jack away warning him to cooperate if he ever wants to see her again. But Sherlock and the other urchins are on the case, find Sadie and rescue her- but in their haste, they've set off a poison gas trap !!
