In this episode, the investigation of the death of a young woman is complicated when the last person to see her alive was her plastic surgeon- who also turns out to be a vampire peddling in rare blood types. Recently remade as a human Mick St. John is quickly taken out of the fight and so Beth Turner (played by Sophia Myles) and the assistant DA are captured. The pair are blindfolded with bandages and tied back to back with surgical tubing in another lab awaiting their fate. Mick meanwhile has reclaimed his vampire nature and comes to the rescue with a friend in tow and the pair proceed to kick some undead butt.
