After being thwarted at every turn by Underdog, criminal boss RiffRaff takes his cronies out West, where they promptly take over a small town and rename it RiffRaffville. Afraid that Underdog may come to cause trouble, the crook lures Sweet Polly Purebred to the town with a free vacation and captures her. When she won't quit screaming, he gives her a slap and stuffs a gag in her mouth. Polly is over-gagged and tied to a chair. Later, Underdog does indeed show up looking for Polly who has his damaged power ring (for without its super energy pill, he grows weaker and weaker and weaker still).
