Gorgeous Moon Bloodgood plays Blair Williams in this brief clip from the largely unneeded prequel to the Terminator series. After the smoke clears, Blair is captured by the human resistance for allowing a bizarre human/terminator hybrid to escape custody. She's seen apparently bound in a chair in a prison cell, but a brief questioning by John Connor gets her released.
