Toward the end of this story about a criminal duo consisting of a massive strong woman and a midget, Dick Tracy and his boys finally get the better of Mamma. She's handcuffed, gagged and escorted back to the criminals' hideout to await the arrival of the other members of the gang so they can all be arrested.
