After locking Manhattan Island in perpetual ice, Minister Blizzard captures Wonder Woman in order to take her back to his own icy realm as a war prize to impress Queen Snoweena, whom he is in love with. The villain uses a ray gun that binds the amazon's bracelets together, rendering her powerless so he can further truss her up with the magic lasso. However the wily heroine figures out the effect on her bracelets is just some bizarre mind trick, and if she can somehow trick the villain into letting of of the lasso, she'll be free.
