Found in my wanderings; in this clip from the reality show where contestants are kept in perpetual solitary confinement and subjected to random tortures called "treatments" (all for a crack at 50 grand), the contestants (two women and two men) are made to sit in pseudo electric chairs and gag themselves with harness ball-gags. The first round is only 20 minutes in length. The second round has no time limit, with the players determining how long they are willing to sit there ball-gagged. All they have to do to end their suffering is to hit the shiny red button, but then they forfeit the prize.
