Leigh Lombardi plays Mera in this rather hokey science fiction film about a moon mission which is put in danger when the recovery of an alien artifact leads to the discovery of a race of alien war machines that can incorporate any mechanical or organic material into their systems. toward the end of the film, our hero (played by Star Trek's Walter Koenig !!) and Mera are captured and taken aboard a ship and wake up manacled to a wall. One of the machines enters the room and begins to slice Mera's clothes off with a buzzsaw. But our hero pries himself loose and goes caveman on the machine with a metal pipe, smashing it to bits before freeing Mera.
