Linda Stirling once more plays Barbara Meredith who is once more captured by baddies. They tie her hands behind her back and take her to headquarters. There, Barbara stands with her hands tied overhead to a metal ring, awaiting interrogation by the boss. But the Black Whip suddenly appears and a fight breaks out. After trouncing the villains, he unties Barbara and they flee.
