In this collection of panels, Debby and Dick Tracy are kidnapped by B.B. Eyes who holds them responsible for the death of his brother, Jacques. First Debby's boyfriend is hit from behind and dumped in the street and Debby is chloroformed when the duo try to hitch a ride on a milk wagon. Debby is taken to the hideout, gagged and tied to a chair while the gang goes after Tracy. The two captives are taken into the basement and tied together tightly as the steam boiler overloaded and wired to blow when the pressure gets too high.
