Toward the end of this story, the hoodlum known as Mumbles comes for revenge on sexy siren Kiss Andtel after she rats him out to dick Tracy. aboard her pleasure yacht, the villain grabs the girl by her leg, knocks her out and leaves her in the stateroom bound and gagged with a time bomb for company.
