By numerous requests, in this episode Tori and the gang get a free trip to the small country of Yerba, where a performance before the Chancellor goes awry after Tor's shoe flies off her foot during a dance move and hits the man in his only remaining eye ! Tori is arrested and carried off, briefly gets away only to be re-captured and carried away again. She's later seen wearing an orange prison jumpsuit, in handcuffs and leg shackles for her day in kangaroo court, before being sentenced to 4 years in prison for assault. Later, as part of a scheme to escape, Tori tells the guards she's ready to confess her guilt and appears once more in handcuffs and shackles.
