Classic Comics: The Marvel Family (issue unknown)

 In this bit, the kids get knocked out by three hoodlums driving a truck. They are bound, gagged and left in the path of the vehicle so the crooks can just run them down and be done with it. but billy pulls off his gag (of course) and magic lightning strikes.
