Molly Burnett plays Melanie Jonas in this ongoing storyline in which she's been kidnapped and is being kept locked up in a basement room by a masked man. In this clip, the kidnapper brings her lunch in a paperbag, which she refuses to eat fearing it might be drugged. He tells her it isn't and then she demands to know his intentions before she'll eat. he doesn't give in and leaves her locked up and she eats the food. Later he returns to tie her hands and gag her because of "unexpected company". Left to her own devices, Melanie works on the knots on her wrists, but fails to get loose before he returns to untie her. Melanie delivers a well-placed kick to the man's temple, dropping him, grabs the keys and springs for the door...
